Visiting Rules
•The Principal/Head Mistress/Academic Heads may be visited only from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. on all working days without prior appointment.
• Teachers may be visited by parents and guardians only by prior appointment.
• Parents should not try to contact the Principal/Head Mistress/Academic Heads or teachers over the phone or at home until it is a very urgent issue.
• Parents can meet the Principal /Head Mistress/Academic Heads and Teachers during the Visiting Hours at school with prior appointment.
Transportation
• Transportation is outsourced by outside contractors. If required, transportation will be arranged on request and additional cost will be applicable.
• Parents shall pay the transportation charges directly to the transporter.
• Parents should not argue with the teachers, other students, the conductor or driver present in the conveyance, if there is any problem, a written complaint to the Principal/Head Mistress/ Academic Heads or the Administrative office should be given or parents can call our help line number 8109349889 or come and meet them personally.
Fee Payments
• Fees should be paid before or on the 15th of every term. If the fees is not paid on time
• The school has the right to strike off the name of a student from the school, if the fees are not paid for two consecutive terms
Withdrawal From School
• A written application by the parent / guardian should be submitted 30 days prior stating the parents reason of withdrawal of their child . This should be submitted to the school office along with Rs. 100/-.
• School transfer certificate will be issued only after all dues towards the school are cleared by the administration

Timings for GSS Junior Wing
7.30 am to 11.40 am
*(Last Saturday Holiday – (PTM will held on this day) ).
Timings for senior wing
11:50 am to 4.30 pm
